I have been doing work with Dave and GTA Design for about 10 years now.

He was introduced to me by a colleague, and since then after the quality of design and service I experienced I decided not to use any one else for our custom home designs. Dave had also helped in many retrofit, and developed great smart upgrades to the existing systems. Ultimately I have used him for my own house in Toronto, where the three storey house was a little challenging, but after great brainstorming with GTA Design, we were able to create a smart, without bulkheads heating and cooling design, very important in my open concept design.
GTA Design seem to be on top of the technology, Canadian Standards, and Building codes requirements. Every time I have a question, it's answered.
